The support follows the student
Accessibility is set once for a student, not again for every cast. Staff choose what each learner gets: a dyslexia-friendly typeface, a simplified summary, slower playback, read-aloud. Those settings then apply to every cast that student opens, and nobody else's view of the cast changes.
An administrator decides which tools are available across the school at all, so staff are choosing from a list the institution has already agreed.
